Panel Builder

Overview

As a Panel Builder at RASP Controls, you will play a critical role in the manufacturing and assembly of electrical control panels for industrial controls and automation systems. Your expertise in panel building and attention to detail will contribute to the successful implementation of our cutting‑edge solutions that power various industries. • Industrial control panel wiring.
• Mechanical assembly.
• Layout, drilling & taping controls panels.
• Fill out documentation and paperwork.
• Testing and use of meters.
• Sweeping and cleaning personal space.

ENTRY LEVEL

• Electrical and/or mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to move, traverse and be on your feet all day.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 30 lbs. up to a height of 3 feet.
• Ability to work individually and with a team.

SKILLED LEVEL

• PLC and industrial control wiring experience.
• Mechanical assembly.
• Use of hand tools.
• Electrical and/or mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to move, traverse and be on your feet all day.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 30 lbs. up to a height of 3 feet.

• Two‑year degree.
• High school diploma.
• Trade school.
• GED to be evaluated.

• Keep the work area clean.
• Follow company rules, policies and ISO procedures.
• Be punctual and work overtime as needed.
• Work as part of a team.
