Salary Range: $22.75 To $23.25 Hourly

• Experience in TIG welding of alloy metals. (Required)
• Fuse welding. *(Preferred)*
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Managing loss of platinum alloy due to the welding process.
• Use of small hand tools for cleaning and fitting alloy pieces prior to welding.
• Placement of parts in jigs or holding fixtures to be welded.
• Assisting other team members with assembly, shaping, drilling, and leak testing.
• Responsibility for overall safety, quantity, and quality of production.
• Position has prerequisites prior to welding.
• Fitter position will transition into welder position.
• Welding test administered on-site after successful in-person interview.

• Must be 18 years of age and have obtained a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work any shift (Primary Shift is Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm).
• TIG welding of alloy metals (1 Year On The Job Experience Required).
• Fuse welding experience (Preferred).
• Flexibility to work overtime as scheduled, including weekends and holidays.

$22.75/hr (First 90-Days) to $23.25/hr (After 90-Days)

Fast paced environment in a manufacturing operation. The job is normally in a 24/7 facility with normal business hours; however, overtime and call‑ins may occur. The area is not climate controlled and can experience extreme temperatures, especially around the melting area. Other areas have numerous chemical tanks and require respirator use in batch areas. Floors are very wet and require care when walking and working around.
