Thermo Fisher Scientific - 3175 Staley Road - Responsibilities:
Operate and calibrate manufacturing equipment including mixers, mills, blenders, pumps, filtration systems, packaging and laboratory equipment;
Weigh, measure, and check raw materials with a computer interface to assure batches manufactured contain accurate materials and quantities;
Calibrate and operate manual, semi-automated, and automated manufacturing equipment;
Identify and conduct equipment troubleshooting for common failure modes;
Follow all safe practices, policies, SOPs, and work instructions in controlled environments up to and including classified clean rooms
