You will work closely with site leadership to prioritize CI goals and strategies, coordinate initiatives, and drive sustainable performance gains.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a CI-related field and at least 3 years of experience in leading Operational Excellence. Experience with Lean and Six Sigma tools is essential.
