Lead Continuous Improvement (CI) Analyst
Help build a culture of continuous improvement where ideas turn into measurable wins. Chromalloy Orangeburg is looking for a hands-on CI leader who can coach teams, lead high-impact projects, and drive sustainable performance gains across the site.
What You'll Do- Lead Continuous Improvement deployment at Chromalloy Orangeburg to strengthen a CI culture and grow site-wide improvement capability.
- Partner with site leadership to identify and align CI priorities, goals, and objectivesfocusing on the areas most important to the business.
- Establish CI strategies, KPIs, priorities, and project goals; assess results and adjust for impact.
- Coordinate, lead, and execute improvement projects and initiatives to meet business needs and objectives.
- Drive change management by communicating effectively across all levels of the organization and collaborating to share best practices.
- Organize and facilitate CI events (Kaizens, workshops, etc.), ensuring standards are followed and accountability is embedded at every level.
- Conduct site evaluations (audits) of CI standards proficiency as directed by site and CI leadership.
- Identify and eliminate process waste by driving sustainable improvements and cultural shift.
- Bachelor's degree in a CI-related discipline (e.g., engineering, operations management, business).
- Operational Excellence training and/or certification (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, Continuous Improvement).
- 3+ years leading manufacturing or business organizations in the deployment of Operational Excellence.
- 3+ years leading manufacturing operations or engineering.
- Demonstrated success deploying Lean and Six Sigma tools such as Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen facilitation, cellular flow, SMED, process flow mapping, Kanban, Hoshin, visual controls, and 6S.
- Strong leadership and influence skillsable to engage others, facilitate consensus, earn senior‑leader buy‑in, and drive adoption of change.
The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job related skills, internal equity, and market conditions. We evaluate each candidate individually to ensure fair and competitive pay decisions.
