We are a small, fast-growing team with an ambitious vision and are looking for people who are ready to make an impact from day one.

WHAT’S

We’re looking for a Jewelry Production Manager to lead Holden’s jewelry production operations while helping bring new product ideas and collections to life. This role owns the end-to-end production process, ensuring every piece is delivered on time and to our quality standards, while also partnering closely with leadership and design teams to develop future product lines.

The ideal candidate combines operational excellence with strong product development instincts and a passion for craftsmanship. They are equally comfortable managing manufacturing partners, sourcing materials, improving systems, and collaborating on new product concepts. Reporting directly to leadership, the Jewelry Production Manager will play a critical role in scaling Holden’s production infrastructure and expanding our product assortment.

  • Negotiate pricing, lead times, and production terms with new manufacturing partners and suppliers while maintaining Holden's quality standards and target margins.
  • Establish and maintain production reporting, timelines, and performance metrics to ensure accountability across suppliers and internal teams.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that increase scalability, production efficiency, and quality control.
Product Development
  • Partner with co-founder and Product Development Lead to develop new product categories, collections, and custom offerings.
  • Source and evaluate new materials, gemstones, findings, and manufacturing partners to support product innovation.
  • Manage product development timelines from concept through prototype, sampling, testing, costing, and production launch.
  • Research industry trends, materials, and manufacturing techniques to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Help establish scalable product development processes as Holden expands into new categories.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of experience in production/manufacturing, product development, project management, supply chain, operations, or a related field.
  • Experience managing external vendors, suppliers, manufacturers, or development partners.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
  • Proven ability to improve operational processes and drive cross-functional initiatives.
