Job Details- Pay: $27.50 per hour

Total Gas & Chemical Management (TGCM) Operations group provides our semiconductor manufacturing customers with on site safe, reliable, and cost-effective management of the gases and chemicals needed on a daily basis in the production of electronics materials. This service requires operating and maintaining gas and chemical distribution equipment and systems 24/7 without issue or interruption.
Maintain and operate liquid bulk and specialty gas/chemical delivery equipment
Perform intermediate gas/chemical troubleshooting and repair of delivery equipment
Perform daily rounds including recording readings, completing safety inspections, monitoring online gas and chemical systems, verifying toxic gas monitoring operations, and completing chemical tote/drum and gas cylinder change-outs. Verify that daily rounds are recorded. Determine corrective action to be taken in the event of abnormal parameters and ensure that corrective action is completed
Monitor and understand correct liquid bulk delivery procedures for each product on site
Perform bulk gas and chemical trailer transfers
Provide information for and initiate proper reporting procedures per on-site policies including, but not limited to:
Quality Incident Reports, product acceptance, tank fill, inventory and material usage, bulk gas analysis, analyzer calibration, monitoring, safety parameters, and personnel requirementsAssist in the identification and resolution of gas/chemical-related manufacturing problems
Contribute as an Emergency Response Team member/coordinator
Commission and start up specialty gas/chemical delivery equipment
Ideally, you bring the ability to satisfactorily complete TGCM Tech 7 local OJT and qualification requirements
Issue Hazardous Work Permits
Serve as the primary customer shift connection
Restart all high purity gas and/or chemical delivery equipment
Participate in customer and Air Liquide programs including, but not limited to:
Safety, Training, Operations, and Preventive MaintenanceFoster the development and training of TGCM contractors and TGCM Tech 5 & 6 employees
Develop and maintain applicable site-specific work instructions
Comply with all applicable HS&E Standards including, but not limited to: PPE, Forklift Operations, Lock Out/Tag Out Program, Confined Space Entry, etc.
Deliver on team objectives following existing procedures
Performs minor analytical procedures and/or sampling procedures
Dedicated to ensuring the safety of all persons, and general public surrounding facilities
Hazardous Waste Technician (at applicable operations locations):
Ensure proper transfer of materials to the dock hazardous waste storage area, including utilization of appropriate maintenance, documentation, equipment, labeling, and procedures
Follow proper procedures for handling spills/emergencies, pour-up of materials, segregation of compatible materials, preparation for waste/containers for shipment, and forklift operation
Support waste minimization programs/activities, and maintain understanding of applicable hazardous waste laws
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent OR 5+ years of experience
4+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
Evidence of previous work in a successful team environment
Knowledge of all proper reporting procedures per onsite operations policy, including product acceptance criteria, tank fill, inventory and material usage, monitoring, safety…
