As a Supervisor II, Production you will be directly involved in the physical production that enables Baxter to fulfill our mission to save and sustain lives. You own the line between meeting production timelines and making quality products. As a manager, you are the trusted critical connection between the business and the workers on the floor.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Ensure effective employee relations, provide coaching and development, resolve employee issues, and complete objective setting and performance reviews in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the Environmental, Health and Safety framework is understood and followed by all employees and maintain a zero‑harm work environment.
  • Build accident reports and perform accident investigations, and implement corrective actions.
  • Balance quality, efficiency, cost, delivery, and employee morale to achieve desired results in all areas; continuously improve all areas and follow lean manufacturing methods.
  • Ensure all regulatory requirements are met (training records, MPS, SOPs, work instructions, DHR, signature records) and participate in Be‑Ready quality audits.
  • Review production plan and move labor to meet schedule attainment.
  • Handle departmental performance metrics, including Tier 1 (cell measure boards) and Tier 2 (Gemba boards).
  • Provide leadership to Gemba teams by conducting daily meetings, weekly project meetings, and 5S audits.
What You’ll Bring
  • HS diploma / GED with 7 or more years of leadership experience or an Associate’s degree with 3 or more years of leadership experience.
  • Experience in a manufacturing/production environment is desired.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to problem‑solve and work cross‑functionally.
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
