** Performance Monitoring:

** What You'll Bring:*

** Bachelor's degree
** in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering or Operations Management) or equivalent industry experience.

** Leadership experience
** in managing production operations in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment.

+ Expertise in
** lean manufacturing
** principles and process improvement methodologies.

+ Familiarity with
** standards** , such as AS9100 and AS9145, plus a working knowledge of painting, machining, molding, and circuit card assembly.

+ Proficiency with
** manufacturing software** (ERP systems) and strong technical skills, including mastery of the Microsoft Suite.

+ Stellar interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a systemic mindset and the ability to see the bigger picture.
