Job Title
Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
Ensure that all products are assembled with utmost efficiency and quality accordingly.
Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies.
Inspects assembled products to ensure they are up to quality standards.
Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.
Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Adheres to all safety guidelines dictation the production and handling of materials in the factory.
Ensures that all production deadlines are met.
Documents actions by completing production and quality forms.
Reports issues or problems with production to immediate supervisor.
Investigate problems, analyses root causes and derive resolutions.
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electronics/Tools & Die Engineering or 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in related industry.
Able to read or interpret technical drawing – 2D & 3D.
Understand technical requirement – material, tolerance, finishing & secondary process.
Ability to work independently.
Preferably able to communicate in English, added advantage if proficient in Japanese Language written and spoken.
