In a small factory, you work in a team of 4 to 5 people in continuous fire:

• You know how to operate an installation or a set of machines in the context of an automated manufacturing process using diverse technical means.
• You know how to operate the installations safely.
• You know how to perform controls in compliance with manufacturing operating procedures to ensure product quality.
• You know how to perform level 1 maintenance actions to optimize the productivity of the unit.
• You are able to make production changes (tools, colors, etc.).
• You know how to follow the feeds of the lines in terms of components (strip, film, slip, etc.).
• You know how to detect anomalies and perform first-level corrective actions (restart conditions, adjustments…), and request maintenance intervention if necessary.

• Technical training such as CAP/BEP or Bac Pro (automated line conductor, electromechanical maintenance).

• Previous experience in industry is desirable.

• Mastery of safety rules:
  Operation of installations in compliance with safety procedures and current guidelines.
• Autonomy and responsiveness:
  Taking initiatives to adjust settings and ensure the continuity of the manufacturing process.
• Teamwork skills:
  Collaboration with operators, technicians, and related services to ensure smooth and efficient production.
• Versatility and adaptability
• Diligence and organization:
  Application of operating procedures and precise monitoring of production parameters to guarantee quality and productivity.
• Analytical and continuous improvement mindset:
  Ability to identify deviations, propose adjustments, and contribute to performance optimization.
• Environment & energy:
  Mastery of issues and ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 certifications.
