Production Coordinator, Accessories

The Production Coordinator supports the production team in the execution and delivery of quality, on-time product within the accessories category. This role is responsible for helping manage production workflows, maintaining communication with vendors and factories, tracking timelines, and supporting day-to-day production operations. This position reports to the Director of Production.

• Assist with daily communication with overseas factories and vendors
• Support production tracking from development through final delivery
• Maintain and update WIP reports and production trackers
• Monitor T&A calendars to ensure deadlines are met
• Track sample status and communicate updates internally
• Help resolve production-related issues and escalate risks when needed
• Support costing updates and production documentation
• Partner cross-functionally with design, sales, and operations teams
• Ensure accurate production records and organization of files
• Assist in monitoring factory compliance with production requirements and timelines
• Participate in weekly WIP and production meetings
• Update production style tech packs as needed

• 2-4 years of experience in accessories, footwear product development, and production function
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite and adobe illustrator (for tech pack revision)
• Understanding of production calendars and workflow processes preferred
• Experience communicating with overseas vendors or factories is a plus
• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and grow within production
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build from the ground up

Majesty Brands is committed to offering a compensation package that reflects the qualifications and experience of the individual. The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience. While the posted salary range is $50,000 – $75,000, we recognize the value of exceptional talent and are open to negotiation for the right candidate.
