We are currently seeking a skilled Production Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the proper functioning of production equipment across multiple departments, including Printed Wire Board (PWB), CNC Machining Center (MTA), Environmental Chambers (Test), and Board Assembly (ABU).

The work as a Production Equipment Maintenance Technician will include:

• Performing preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance on production manufacturing equipment to ensure continuous operation.
• Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and control systems across a variety of complex equipment types.
• Planning and scheduling maintenance tasks, including preventive maintenance (PMs) and special projects, in coordination with operations teams.
• Utilizing the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to efficiently manage your workload and track maintenance activities.
• Supporting and implementing Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) initiatives to optimize equipment reliability and performance.
• Participating in a rotating weekend coverage schedule to ensure maintenance support availability across all shifts.

• Familiarity with Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) strategies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across various teams.
• A proactive, detail-oriented problem-solver with excellent organizational skills.
• A team player who works well independently and as part of a larger group.
• Flexibility to participate in a rotating weekend coverage schedule, including potential overtime.
