Product Development Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Product Development Manager to lead and manage the development of active wear line. This role partners closely with Design, Merchandising, Technical Design, and Production to deliver high-performance, trend-forward products on time and within margin targets. The ideal candidate has deep experience in apparel development, understands technical performance and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation through commercialization
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery
• Manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional coordination
• Collaborate across all department in the production process role to ensure that we are bringing the best design solutions to life for women's and girls.
• Review and approve all lab dips, strike offs, and bulk submits
• Evaluate pre-production and production garments, collaborated closely with product and Technical Design teams to ensure accurate product and expectation were established.
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tech packs and verifying information for internal and external partners.
• Facilitate direct and effective cross-functional communication and maintained accurate information flow between International factories & mills to keep development thru production samples on schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in apparel product development (active wear experience strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of performance fabrics (compression, moisture-wicking, stretch, seamless construction, etc.)
• Experience working with overseas factories and managing development timelines
• Knowledge of garment construction and fit
