Our client, an apparel wholesale company, is looking for a Production Coordinator to join their team in NYC!
Responsibilities- Follow purchase order from start to finish
- Issue purchase orders and track samples
- Communicate daily with internal teams and external partners to align on production timelines and shipment updates
- Work on color approvals, fits, and garment testing efforts
- Assist Production leadership throughout the product lifecycle, from sourcing and manufacturing to final delivery
- Proactively troubleshoot production challenges
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed
- At least 1-3+ years of production experience, preferably within apparel
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Walmart and Sam's Club experience is a plus
- Detail oriented and organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
