Welder – 2nd Shift

$2,000 sign on bonus. We are currently hiring Welders for our 2nd shift (M-Th, 3:30 pm-3:15 am) at our new, state- of- the
-art manufacturing facility in Bergen, NY.

Welders at Oxbo will create finished assemblies by welding together same gauge and multiple gauge materials, sheet/plate metal and structural steel, and differing composite components by utilizing engineering specifications, blue prints, verbal instructions, and shop work packets (shop routings, work instructions), and inspection sheets.

Welders must be able to set-up and finish jobs with or without fixtures.

This job requires each individual to properly prep the substrate prior to weld and clean-up for fit-up and appearance post weld.

Responsible for cleaning of own parts.

A weld test is required.

Starting wage rate depends on experience.

Night shift welders receive a shift differential

• 2 or more years of experience MIG welding hard wire, dual shield/flux core.
• Must have good print reading skills
• Must be proficient with a tape measure.
