Responsibilities
- Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on waste reduction, throughput increase, and line efficiency.
- Develop, validate, and implement process controls based on product specifications to ensure consistent product quality.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify root causes, implement sustainable solutions, and drive measurable improvements.
- Conduct trade‑off analyses to evaluate solutions and guide decision‑making.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Operations, Quality & Food Safety, R&D, Corporate Engineering, and Supply Chain.
- Partner with frontline employees to identify opportunities and gain buy‑in for change implementation.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and results effectively to executive leadership and stakeholders with competing priorities.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, developing multi‑prong strategies and prioritizing based on ROI and business impact.
- Develop, track, and report KPIs against implemented initiatives to ensure long‑term success and sustainability of improvements.
- Support product quality improvement initiatives while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field required.
- 5–10 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, preferably within food or snack manufacturing.
- Proven success in leading process improvement projects with measurable ROI.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred.

Compensation and BenefitsSalary: $109,000 to $149,875 per year, based on experience, skills, education, and location. The position is eligible for a competitive bonus program with potential for over achievement based on performance and company results.
