Packer​/Inspector - 3rd shift

Responsibilities

• 3rd Shift is 10:45 PM to 7:15 AM, Monday through Friday nights
• Salary Range: $17.51 - 19.51/hour
• Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Package life‑saving medicines on high‑speed computerized assembly line.
• Conduct visual inspection, move product on and off assembly line.
• Strictly follow standard operating procedures and documentation requirements.
• Identify and report problems.
• Must be willing to become qualified inspector.
• Make minor adjustments and assist with changeover and set‑up to equipment.
• Visually inspect vials and labels.
• Assure that the packaged product meets all specifications.
• Perform visual inspection of labeled vials.
• Comply with all SOPs and cGMPs.
• Continue to train as well as train other crew members.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assure a safe working environment and wear clean room safety equipment/apparel.
• Work overtime as needed.

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must be able to perform repetitive work.
• Must be able to focus on details for periods of time (i.e., visual inspection, labeling).
• Must be able to use pallet jacks to pull/push pallets of product.
• Must be able to pass Vision 5 visual acuity testing administered by occupational health administrator, pre‑employment and annually thereafter.
• Previous machine operator experience or mechanical aptitude are preferred, particularly HMI experience.
