Attached to the Production department and under the responsibility of the Team Leader, your main mission will be to ensure the assembly and adjustment of tools on presses and machining machines in order to guarantee the manufacture of pieces that meet quality requirements.

At Richel, you will work in a complex industrial environment, derived from metallurgy, in a factory with heavy and imposing steel parts. This environment is therefore not a deterrent for you.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Performing the assembly and adjustment of tools according to production orders
• Preparing the necessary tools for different fabrications
• Starting productions and making the necessary adjustments to obtain compliant pieces
• Writing adjustment sheets when starting new pieces
• Controlling the quality of produced parts using appropriate control tools
• Respecting production deadlines as well as quality and safety guidelines
• Performing first-level maintenance and making a first diagnosis in case of machine malfunction
• Anticipating maintenance needs to preserve the proper functioning of the machine park
• Managing the stock of material and tooling necessary for the completion of your missions

Holder of a CAP, BEP, or Bac Pro in locksmithing, metalwork, general mechanics, production, or machining, you have significant experience in a similar position.

You are proficient in reading plans, interpreting operating procedures, and using control tools and metrology devices. You also have solid knowledge of metal stamping, cutting, and folding techniques.

You are meticulous, autonomous, and organized. You are known for your responsiveness, precision, and ability to work in compliance with quality, safety, and production deadlines.

You have a team spirit and wish to contribute within a cohesive team.

Mandatory qualification: CACES R484 1 ROBOTIZED BRIDGE

The position is available on a 2×8 schedule (morning/afternoon, one week out of two) at our industrial site in Eygalières (13).
