Production Team Leader

Work location:

Site Ain Harrouda, Ain Sebaa, Berrechid, Casablanca, Morocco

Mission and Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

• Organizing production at the sector level (Preparation/Cutting/Assembly) in terms of means, materials, and wire flows
• Organizing the work of operators at the lines (Preparation/Cutting/Assembly) and supervising the quality level
• Handling and analyzing technical and human problems of the production line
• Reducing the rate of non-conformity and waste, and ensuring the reporting of encountered anomalies to the hierarchy and concerned services
• Ensuring the versatility of its team and validating the training of new operators
• Ensuring the maintenance of production means in good condition
• Respecting and enforcing the Code of Ethics of Sews Cabind Maroc
• Respecting and enforcing the HSE standards in force at Sews Cabind Maroc
• Seeking excellence at all levels, committing and training colleagues and collaborators in a continuous improvement approach

Skills and Qualifications:

You master:

• Safety, hygiene, and environmental procedures
• Operating modes of the electrical harness manufacturing process
• Machines and tools for electrical harnesses: function, operation, connection, test
• Fabrication technique of harnesses
• Materials and components of electrical harnesses (wires, sheaths, connectors)
• Product quality standards

You possess:

• Problem-solving capacity
• Interpersonal skills, analytical mindset, rigor, listening, understanding others, self-control, and crisis management are required qualities for this position.

Qualification:

BAC +2/3 DUT/BTS or professional license in Production, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
