As a Production Supervisor, you will play a critical role on the Gigafactory Production team. You will lead a dynamic team of Associates and Leads while managing operations and driving metrics in critical areas on the manufacturing floor. In this role, you will work cross‑functionally with manufacturing & operations teams, interfacing with Engineering, NPI, and Material Flow, to ensure production goals are being met.

• Build a robust and motivated production team capable of consistently delivering high‑quality products against aggressive production targets.
• Empower the production team to collaborate with engineering to improve product manufacturability and line productivity.
• Develop training programs and hiring plans for assembly team members.
• Support issue resolution, including root cause investigation & corrective action tracking.
• Ensure quality standards are being met throughout the entire production process and prevent defects from leaving a station or team area.
• Develop & maintain Standardized Manufacturing Instructions used in production assembly by the assembly team members.
• Lead EHS assurance functions, including ensuring safety training is current, documenting incidents, proactively correcting hazards, and empowering continuous improvement.

• 3+ years of experience managing teams of people in a high‑volume manufacturing setting (preferred).
• Experience selecting and developing new team members.
• Ability to work with and develop production performance metrics (efficiency, quality, safety, throughput, costs).
• Ability to work well under pressure while managing competing demands and tight deadlines.
• Fluent with standard MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work a flexible shift, including nights and weekends, if necessary.
• Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal.

Supervisor Manufacturing – $86,400 – $129,600 annually, plus cash and stock awards, and benefits for all levels. Pay may vary based on market location, skills, and experience.
