Vessel Fitter

AVANTech, LLC solves some of the most challenging problems in the water industry - from being first responders to the Fukushima Nuclear Plant melt‑down to implementing patented first‑of‑its‑kind technology. Our projects include industrial water recycling at government sites. AVANTech's goal is to improve the environment around us and support our clients with innovative sustainable water treatment solutions.

• Must be experienced in MIG/Flux Core welding and pipe fitting.
• Fitting code stamp vessels and skids.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and welding symbols to fabricate pipe assemblies or skids.
• Prep pipe fittings and pipe ends for full‑penetration welds on pipe assemblies.
• Must have the ability to read a tape measure.
• All welds must pass ASME pressure vessel and piping codes.
• Must be able to operate power and hand tools.

• Previous experience as a fitter preferred.
• Ability to work in confined spaces.
• Ability to read a tape measure and use power and hand tools.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings.

• Competitive salary based on experience; this is an hourly, non‑exempt position.
