CNC Integrex Machinist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CNC Integrex Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and program CNC Integrex multi‑tasking machines, which combine turning and milling capabilities, to produce precision components. Your expertise in CNC programming, blueprint reading, and mechanical knowledge will drive efficiency and quality in our production processes.

• Mazak Integrex or comparable Mill/Turn experience
• G‑Code and Mazatrol knowledge
• Programming and set‑up of CNC machines based on print requirements and written instructions
• Live tooling CNC lathe operation
• Ability to read blueprints
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience working with various materials including plastics
• Experience working on aerospace products with close tolerances

• Ability to perform complex set‑ups on your own
• Ability to perform tool selection, work holding, programming, and operation sequencing for new jobs
• Ability to perform advanced troubleshooting on your own
• Experience running CMM programs and setting up jobs for inspection
• Experience programming in G‑Code, Mazatrol, or Mastercam
• Experience running multi‑axis CNC machines with complex offsets
• More than 10 years Machining experience in an environment with close tolerance parts, preferably aerospace
• Ability working with various materials and machine types
• CNC Machining training or certification
