Location: New York
Our client, a Well-Known Fashion Brand is actively seeking a PLM Data Entry Assistant to join their team!
You must be skilled with PLM from a previous role.
Responsibilities- Handle general maintenance and updates in FlexPLM.
- Input all fabric specifications in PLM.
- Create styles & SKUs in the system.
- Update Bill of Materials.
- Create line sheets for designs and update as needed.
- Support production and design teams with data entry.
- Ensure accurate processing of information.
- Communicate cross functionally to ensure all teams have the same data.
- Organize and maintain seasonal fabric binders.
- Track and send packages as needed.
- Check in seasonal submits and trackall quality and color approvals.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- 1+ years of relevant experience.
- Must be skilled with PLM from a corporate/ fashion role
- Interest in fashion from the operational/ production side.
- Strong organizational skills and time management.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Strong written and communication skills.
