This is a full‑time, on‑site Production Staff role based at TCT’s facility in Latham, NY. The Production Staff member will support daily manufacturing operations, including operating machinery and equipment, preparing and handling rubber materials, and monitoring production runs to meet output and quality targets. Responsibilities include following work orders and production schedules, performing routine inspections of parts and components, and reporting any equipment or process issues to supervisors.
The role involves maintaining a clean and safe work area, adhering to safety procedures and guidelines, and using basic tools and measuring devices as directed. The Production Staff member will collaborate with team members, follow training instructions, and help ensure that products are produced efficiently, accurately, and in line with TCT’s quality standards.

- Candidates should possess an ability to participate in and apply training, including learning equipment operation and safety procedures.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior manufacturing or warehouse experience, ability to lift and move materials as required, familiarity with basic hand tools, and commitment to workplace safety.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; willingness to work assigned shifts, including possible overtime, is required.
