Manufacturing Associate

Our client, a leading food manufacturing industry, is seeking a  Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Assembly Line. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $18.12-$19.12

** Shift:
** 1st, (6:30am-230pm)

2nd, (2:30pm-10:30pm)

and 3rd (10:30pm-6:30am)

** What's the Job?*
* + Assemble products by providing supplies and placing package components into specified tray compartments.

+ Inspect finished packages for quality defects and grade rejects based on established standards.

+ Place finished packages into cartons and palletize for shipment.

+ Maintain a clean and organized workstation, removing re-work and trash regularly.

+ Monitor packaging equipment such as tray sealers and cartoners for proper operation and quality output.

** What's Needed?*
* + Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 8-12 hours per shift.

+ Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

+ Able to work in a colder work environment

+ Reliable transportation  with a strong work ethic.

+ Able to work any mandatory over time including weekends

+ Able to acquire steel toe shoes
