CNC Machinist; Level I, II, III

This role supports production operations through safe, high-quality machining practices, continuous improvement, and collaboration with engineering and operations teams.

Across all levels, CNC Machinists:

• Operate CNC equipment including HMC, mill-turn, grinders, and balancing machines
• Follow safety, quality, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Maintain 6S workplace standards and ensure a clean, organized work area
• Perform inspections, tool changes, and basic adjustments to ensure product quality
• Collaborate with engineers, team leaders, and peers to resolve issues and improve processes

Salary Range $42,000 - $99,000 depending on experience.

• Learn to operate CNC machines under guidance
• Follow established procedures and work instructions
• Support team members while developing core machining skills
• Participate in training and skill development programs

• Independently operate multiple CNC machine types
• Troubleshoot common machining and process issues
• Interpret blueprints and perform in-process inspections
• Contribute to process improvements and mentor junior team members

• Expertly operate and troubleshoot complex machining processes
• Lead root cause analysis and solve advanced technical issues
• Mentor and train machinists across all levels
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization

• 0-3 years' experience or technical training CNC certification
• 4-8 years of CNC machining experience
• Ability to operate multiple machine types independently
• Working knowledge of G-code/M-code
• 8+ years of CNC machining experience
• Advanced troubleshooting and setup expertise
• Strong technical leadership and mentoring capability
