The OpportunityWe are building a strong pipeline of CNC Machinists across multiple levels (I, II, III). Whether you are early in your machining career or bring advanced technical expertise, we have opportunities for you to grow and make an impact.
This role supports production operations through safe, high-quality machining practices, continuous improvement, and collaboration with engineering and operations teams.
What You Will DoAcross all levels, CNC Machinists:
- Operate CNC equipment including HMC, mill-turn, grinders, and balancing machines
- Follow safety, quality, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain 6S workplace standards and ensure a clean, organized work area
- Perform inspections, tool changes, and basic adjustments to ensure product quality
- Collaborate with engineers, team leaders, and peers to resolve issues and improve processes
Salary Range $42,000 - $99,000 depending on experience.

$ 42,000.00 $ 65,000.00 CNC I $ 20.19 $ 31.25
$ 45,000.00 $ 87,000.00 CNC II $ 21.63 $ 41.83
$ 60,000.00 $ 99,000.00 CNC III $ 28.85 $ 47.60
Machinist I- Intermediate
- Learn to operate CNC machines under guidance
- Follow established procedures and work instructions
- Support team members while developing core machining skills
- Participate in training and skill development programs
- Advanced
- Independently operate multiple CNC machine types
- Troubleshoot common machining and process issues
- Interpret blueprints and perform in-process inspections
- Contribute to process improvements and mentor junior team members
- Expert
- Expertly operate and troubleshoot complex machining processes
- Lead root cause analysis and solve advanced technical issues
- Mentor and train machinists across all levels
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
Minimum Qualifications by Level
- 0-3 years' experience or technical training CNC certification
- 4-8 years of CNC machining experience
- Ability to operate multiple machine types independently
- Working knowledge of G-code/M-code
- 8+ years of CNC machining experience
- Advanced troubleshooting and setup expertise
- Strong technical leadership and mentoring capability
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Problem-solving mindset with continuous improvement focus
- Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
