Location: New York
Blender Operator / Manufacturing Associate – Enjoy 3-Day Weekends!
Pay Rate: $24.49 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Assignment Length: Temp-to-Hire
Our client in Rockland, Maine is looking to bring on a dependable team member for a hands‑on manufacturing role with long‑term potential. This Blender Operator/Manufacturing Associate position pays $24.49/hour and is designed as temp-to-hire

This is a fast‑paced and candid
production environment where attention to detail and safety are paramount - plus you’ll love the built‑in 3‑day weekend every week!
- Operate blending equipment to mix ingredients according to batch recipes
- Measure and verify ingredients with accuracy
- Perform quality checks throughout the production process
- Operate a forklift to move and store materials (preferred, not required)
- Adjust and troubleshoot machinery as needed
- 1+ year of experience in food manufacturing or a similar production environment
- Attention to detail and strength with numbers and measurements
- Ability to work effectively in a candid & direct, team‑driven production environment
- Commitment to safe work practices
- Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
