Shift and Schedule3rd shift:
Sunday night to Friday morning, 11:00 pm – 7:30 am.
Structured 4–5 day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. New employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week.
Position SummaryAs a Manufacturing Operator, you’ll help make world‑class products behind well‑known brands. You’ll work with machinery, follow safety and quality procedures, and ensure smooth operation of the production line. This entry‑level role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities- Operate and monitor production equipment
- Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery
- Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance
- Accurately measure and scale ingredients
- Complete quality checks and record data
- Maintain a clean work area
- Follow safety rules, SOPs, and cGMP guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift
- Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes (preferred)
- Comfortable using computers or tablets
- Strong reading, writing, and speaking skills in English
- Basic math and mechanical understanding
- Strong attention to detail
- Team‑oriented and dependable
- Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens
The approximate hourly pay for this position is $23.64*. This includes a $3.00 shift differential. Compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
