Production Worker – 1st Shift

Chromalloy, a leader in repair and coating of gas turbine components for the aerospace and heavy industrial turbines, seeks Production Workers for the 1st shift. This hourly position with Local 475 pays $21.56/hr and runs Monday through Friday 7:00 am–3:00 pm.

• Use hand, power, and machine tools to prepare, clean, and process molds, equipment, parts, assemblies, or machinery.
• Cross‑train on operations within multiple areas.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Perform duties utilizing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and fully participate in safety training, following Job Safety Analysis (JSA), PPE Assessments, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), and all Safety Procedures and Alerts.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Mechanical background preferred.
• Ability to use hand tools and gauges (previous experience preferred).

Regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds; frequently stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach with hands and arms.

Typical manufacturing environment with exposure to moderate cold/heat, loud noise, fumes, and moving equipment.
