We are seeking two skilled and precise Systems Assemblers to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end physical assembly of complex integrated hardware systems, combining structural framing, mechanical sub-assemblies, and electrical routing.
The ideal candidate possesses mechanical reasoning, excellent hand dexterity, and the ability to strictly follow technical documentation. If you enjoy building large-scale or multi-component systems from the ground up and have a passion for high-quality craftsmanship, we want to hear from you.
Salary: $52,000 - $65,000 per year

- System Integration: Assemble complex systems, sub-assemblies, and structural components according to blueprints, engineering schematics, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Mechanical & Electrical Assembly: Mount internal components, route wiring harnesses, secure connectors, and install mechanical hardware using standard hand, pneumatic, and power tools.
- Precision Measurement: Use calipers, micrometers, torque wrenches, and gauges to verify that all components are aligned and fastened to exact tolerances.
- Quality & Diagnostics: Inspect incoming parts for defects and conduct initial physical and functional checks on finished systems to ensure zero defects before they head to the testing phase.
- Process Documentation: Log production data, track parts serialization, and note any component discrepancies in the manufacturing execution system.
- Working in a smoke-free environment.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly, system integration, or a technical manufacturing environment.
- Technical Literacy: Proven ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wire routing diagrams, and technical assembly manuals.
- Tool Proficiency: Expertise working with precise manual tools, torque drivers, crimpers, and basic electrical testing equipment (e.g., multimeters).
