Production Assistant - Quality Control

Our production team is looking for a highly motivated production assistant to support our quality control process and shipping logistics. This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a fast‑paced environment. The role offers opportunities to learn and develop as part of a business experiencing rapid growth. The role will report to the senior production manager.

Job Type: Part-time, hourly. The candidate will be asked to work on-site at our office in the Garment District.

• Developing a thorough understanding of our product and quality standards in order to assist with quality control processes.
• Preparing packages for shipment
• Sourcing materials, trims and supplies as needed
• Supporting communication between local factories and vendors

• 1+ years of apparel production, sourcing and/or product development experience. Prior experience in bridal is preferred
• Strong hand‑sewing skills
• A knowledge of garment manufacturing, including construction and fabrication. Prior experience working closely with bridal or couture garments is preferred
• Must have a strong desire and willingness to assist the production team in all daily tasks and long‑term projects
• Self‑motivated with a strong sense of independent follow through
• Excellent time management skills with extreme attention to detail
