Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to manage our manufacturing and supply chain operations from order placement to delivery. This role is within the consumer goods industry, focusing on ceramic tabletop items (e.g., coffee mugs, serving platters) and soft goods such as slippers and cold-weather accessories.

This position is unrelated to film or TV production. If you have experience working with factories in China, managing logistics, and thrive in a fast-paced production environment, we’d love to hear from you!
- Communicate daily with factories in China and internal teams regarding production schedules and deliveries.
- Track and manage overseas orders from factories to local distribution centers.
- Assist the Head of Production in product development, sourcing, and manufacturing.
- Organize and maintain sample rooms; ensure timely submission of product samples for customer approvals.
- Review vendor manuals and provide factories with precise production requirements.
- Collaborate with designers and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Work with EDI systems to process orders efficiently.
- Assist the logistics team by monitoring shipments and preparing shipping documentation.
- Coordinate with the accounting department on invoices and payments.
- Provide regular updates on production status and ongoing tasks.
- Mandarin proficiency (Required).
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing production, supply chain management, or logistics, preferably in the ceramic tabletop industry, soft goods production, or similar.
- Strong communication skills for working with international suppliers.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (V-lookups, Pivot tables).
- Familiarity with EDI systems and order processing.
- Highly detail-oriented, able to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

Full-time
Pay$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year depending on experience
ScheduleMonday to Friday (No weekends)
