Sign Maker

Cab Signs is looking for a Sign Maker with a graphics background and sign manufacturing experience to join our team. This is a hands‑on position where you will be responsible for both graphic design work and sign production. The role will be 40 hours and the schedule is Monday – Friday 9 AM – 5:30 PM. There may be opportunities for more hours.

• Graphic Design & File Setup:
  Create artwork and set up customer files for production. Correct and modify customer‑provided files to ensure compatibility. Prepare files for various equipment, including lasers and printers. Work with vector files—experience with Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW required.
• Sign Manufacturing:
  Operate and maintain equipment such as UV Flatbed Printer, Vinyl Printer/Plotter, Closed CO2 Laser, Rotary Engraver. Produce high‑quality custom signs, ensuring accuracy and precision. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• Proficiency in vector‑based design software (Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail—custom work requires accuracy, and mistakes can be costly.
