Tech Transfer Scientist; Cosmetic

Pay Rate:
Low 45 | High 55. Hybrid - New York City 3 days a week.

The Technical Transfer Specialist will lead technology transfer and scale-up activities to support the transition of products between Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs). This role will partner closely with Product Development, Manufacturing, Quality, and external manufacturing partners to ensure successful product transfer and commercialization.

• Lead technical transfer projects between CMOs.
• Manage formulation scale-up activities from development through commercial manufacturing.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external manufacturing partners to execute transfer plans.
• Identify and resolve technical, manufacturing, and process-related challenges.
• Support process validation, manufacturing readiness, and project documentation.
• Track project timelines and ensure successful delivery of transfer milestones.

• Bachelor s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience in formulation development, technology transfer, and manufacturing scale-up.
• Strong understanding of product commercialization and manufacturing processes.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and external partners.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Hybrid role based in New York City.
• Onsite 3+ days per week, with additional onsite presence as needed.
