Position Summary
The Manager I, Master Scheduling is responsible for overseeing the development, maintenance, and execution of the master production schedule to ensure efficient production operations. This role balances customer demand, inventory targets, capacity constraints, and supply chain considerations to optimize throughput, service levels, and operational efficiency across the manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage the master production schedule aligned with forecasts and customer demand
- Ensure schedule feasibility considering capacity, materials, and lead times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Production, and Sales
- Analyze capacity constraints and drive solutions for bottlenecks
- Monitor inventory to meet service levels while minimizing excess
- Track KPIs such as on‑time delivery and schedule adherence
- Maintain data accuracy in ERP/MRP systems
- Lead and develop scheduling team members
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Manufacturing industry experience required
- 5+ years of experience in production planning or scheduling
- 1+ year of management experience required
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Office‑based within a manufacturing facility with regular interaction on the production floor.
Expected Base Salary Range$85,000- $110,000
