Assembler – Potentiometers

The role involves assembly work requiring technical knowledge of bench‑top equipment and microscope processes to manufacture potentiometers on the assigned assembly line.

Location:

Ontario, California, United States.

• Perform assembly and test of wire‑wound potentiometers to drawings and specifications.
• Move between processes as needed.
• Assist the Lead with material issuance, kit breakdown, training, or other miscellaneous duties.
• Handle tasks assigned in other departments or areas as required.
• Carry out additional tasks as directed by Lead or Manager.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work under a microscope.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience performing basic process operations in potentiometer manufacturing while meeting labor standards.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow engineering drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with inspection gauges, tools, and electronic test equipment.
• Demonstrate knowledge, aptitude, and manual coordination.

Pay Rate: $18–20 per hour (temporary position).
