Assembler C Shift

Location: Fairport

Adecco is seeking Electronic Assemblers/Production Assemblers to join our A & C Shift team in Fairport, NY. In this hands-on role, you'll assemble precision electronic components, operate production equipment, and help produce high-quality products in a clean, team-oriented manufacturing environment.

** Responsibilities*
* + Assemble electronic components and subassemblies according to work instructions and quality standards.

+ Set up and operate production equipment, including small hydraulic presses, staking machines, drill presses, welding equipment, air drivers, spin riveters, and winding machines.

+ Use hand and power tools to complete assembly operations.

+ Read work instructions, blueprints, and measuring devices to ensure product quality.

+ Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.

+ Rotate between work cells as needed to support production demands.

+ Package finished products for shipment.

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

+ Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support Lean manufacturing practices.

+ Follow all company safety policies and quality procedures.

** Qualifications*
* + High School Diploma or GED preferred.

+ At least 1 year of assembly or manufacturing experience.

+ Experience in a Lean manufacturing environment is a plus.

+ Strong manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude.

+ Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.

+ Ability to read and understand written work instructions and safety information in English.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

+ Dependable with excellent attendance and a positive attitude.

** Physical Requirements*
* + Lift up to 20 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

+ Stand for extended periods throughout the shift.

+ Frequent walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements.

+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

** Pay Details:**  $18.50 to $23.00 per hour
