Packaging Dev & Sourcing Lead - Hybrid; 4 On-Site

We're partnering with a growing beauty company to identify a Manager, Packaging Development & Sourcing with a strong technical background in packaging engineering. This role will lead packaging development from concept through production, collaborating with global vendors to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions while driving cost optimization and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of packaging development or engineering experience within beauty, fragrance, cosmetics, or CPG, with expertise in glass packaging, injection molding, dispensing systems, and folding carton/rigid box design. Strong vendor management, sourcing, and project management skills are essential.
