** What You'll Be Doing
*** Operate and monitor asphalt plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient production
* Perform routine inspections, basic troubleshooting, and adjustments on plant systems
* Coordinate material flow to meet production demands and quality specifications
* Complete daily operational logs and communicate issues promptly
* Support safe work practices, housekeeping, and team collaboration across the site
** What Are We Looking For
*** Ability to operate and learn plant systems, controls, and related equipment
* Strong awareness of safety practices in industrial or manufacturing settings
* Capability to perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and equipment checks
* Dependability in following procedures, documentation, and production standards
* Effective communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work nights/ weekends as needed
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
** What We Offer*** $27 - $32 per hour plus shift differential
