Overview

Responsibilities- Execute daily plant care and production tasks across the grow cycle, including propagation, transplanting, feeding, pruning, integrated pest management, harvest, and post-harvest handling (drying, curing, trimming).
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain accurate production records.
- Keep grow spaces clean and compliant and operate basic cultivation equipment.
- Support continuous improvement of sun-grown processes through documentation and observation.
