** What You'll Be Doing
*** Overseeing daily plant operations to ensure production efficiency and quality.
* Leading and developing a team of plant employees to achieve company goals.
* Implementing and maintaining safety and environmental compliance programs.
* Managing budgets, cost control, and optimizing resource allocation.
* Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance.
