BAXTER is hiring an Operator II for 2nd Shift to support the production of life-sustaining medical products. In this role, you will operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, perform line changeovers, and follow GMP, SOPs, and safety standards to ensure product quality and patient safety. You will complete accurate batch records, perform in-process inspections, and promptly report deviations. Working in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, support continuous improvement, and uphold Baxter's mission to save and sustain lives.
