Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in bedding products, is seeking several dedicated Assemblers / Production Workers to join their team.  As a vital part of the production department, supporting the assembly and manufacturing of mattresses and bedding items, the ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

** Pay Range: $21.00-$23.00- 1st Shift*
* **$23.00-$25.00- 2nd Shift*
* ** Shift:  6am-2:30pm or 2pm-11:30pm
- Monday-Friday*
* ** What's the Job?*
* + Assemble and manufacture mattresses and bedding products efficiently and accurately

+ Operate production equipment safely and responsibly

+ Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards

+ Lift, move, and stack materials as needed to support production flow

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

** What's Needed?*
* + No prior manufacturing experience required; willingness to learn is valued

+ Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

+ Reliable attendance and punctuality

+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
