Location: New York

The Production Manager will oversee the end-to-end production process for Ladies intimates product categories, ensuring products are developed, approved, and delivered on time while meeting company quality, cost, and margin objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming and outgoing sample packages from overseas factories, including tracking, organizing, and distributing samples to Design and Sales teams.
  • Maintain organized storage of development samples and brand sample binders for easy reference of submissions and approvals.
  • Coordinate sample submissions with factories including development samples, photo samples, customer samples, PP samples, and TOP samples.
  • Send fabrics, trims, and materials to vendors for development and sampling.
  • Maintain WIP reports, track development submissions (Lab Dips, Strike-Offs, Fit Samples, PP, TOP), and monitor Time & Action calendars.
  • Enter and maintain production orders in internal systems and assist with tracking orders through development and production.
  • Communicate daily with the Production Director, Design teams and overseas factories regarding sample status, approvals, and corrections.
  • Assist with development tracking, product specifications, testing requirements, and delivery timelines.
Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in apparel production, product development, or a related role.
  • Familiarity with apparel production processes including sampling, WIP tracking, and Time & Action calendars.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic production tracking systems.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and overseas vendors.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to support a growing team
