Joe Coffee is seeking a part-time Production Roaster to join the roasting and production team under the Director of Roasting. You will operate production roasters and sample roasters, log roast curve data in Cropster, and aim for target profiles across our coffee menu.
Responsibilities include maintaining safety, supporting cupping activities with the team, and keeping a clean, organized roastery. The role requires physical ability to lift up to 150 lbs and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
