As an Area Manager in Beverage & Food Operations at Anheuser-Busch, you will own day-to-day performance of a production area within our fast-paced breweries. You'll lead frontline teams to safely deliver against volume, quality, cost, and service targets while championing our brewing heritage and data-driven culture. Responsibilities include managing KPIs, resolving downtime issues, coordinating with maintenance and quality, and executing lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
You'll coach operators, model safety and inclusivity, and gain exposure to large-scale manufacturing and supply chain operations in a global brand environment.
