Our client, a leader in the edible flower harvesting industry, is seeking a General Labor
- Greenhouse to join their team. As a General Labor
- Greenhouse, you will be part of the production support team, contributing to the cultivation and harvesting of high-quality edible flowers for fine dining restaurants. The ideal candidate will demonstrate dedication, teamwork, and a positive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Labor
- Greenhouse

Location: Riverhead, NY

Pay Range:

Shift: 7:00AM - 3:30PM, Monday to Friday

What's the Job?

• Perform manual labor tasks such as planting, watering, harvesting, and packaging edible flowers and leaves
• Maintain a clean and organized greenhouse environment
• Assist with general plant care and cultivation activities
• Support team members in daily operations to ensure smooth workflow
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; willing to train
• Ability to work in a greenhouse environment
• Good communication skills in English and Spanish
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work year-round, with flexibility for winter vacations

• Mantener un ambiente de invernadero limpio y organizado
• Ayudar en el cuidado general de las plantas y actividades de cultivo
• Apoyar a los miembros del equipo en las operaciones diarias para garantizar un flujo de trabajo eficiente
• Seguir las pautas de seguridad y procedimientos de la empresa en todo momento

¿ Qué se necesita?

• No se requiere experiencia previa; se ofrece capacitación
• Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente de invernadero
• Buenas habilidades de comunicación en inglés y español
• Ser confiable y puntual, con una fuerte ética laboral
• Capacidad para trabajar durante todo el año, con flexibilidad para vacaciones en invierno
