Schneider Packaging Equipment is seeking a CNC Machinist/Programmer to support our engineered end-of-line packaging automation systems in Brewerton, NY. In this on-site role, you will program, set up, and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce precision components for custom case packers, palletizers, and robotic systems. Responsibilities include interpreting drawings and CAD/CAM files, creating CNC programs, selecting tooling, verifying part quality, and maintaining tight tolerances.
You'll collaborate with engineering and production, support continuous improvement, and grow your skills in a stable, engineering-driven, family-founded manufacturer.
