Looking for a steady Monday-Friday position with weekends off? Kelly® Professional & Industrial is hiring Assembly Associates for a well-established manufacturing company in Macedon, NY. If you enjoy hands-on work, have excellent hand-eye coordination, and take pride in assembling quality products, we'd love to hear from you!

** Responsibilities*
* + Cut lanyards and other materials to the required specifications.

+ Crimp or weld hardware onto finished products.

+ Attach clips, fasteners, and other components according to work instructions.

+ Perform quality inspections to ensure finished products meet company standards.

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

+ Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.

+ Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and quality.

** Qualifications*
* + Reliable transportation to Macedon, NY.

+ Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or other hands-on experience preferred.

+ Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

+ Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

+ Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks for extended periods.

+ Ability to sit or stand throughout the workday.

+ Dependable with a solid work history and good attendance.

+ Willingness to learn and follow detailed work instructions.

+ Ability to work overtime, including extended shifts and occasional Saturdays, as production demands require.
